Bradley N. Etter

Attorney at Law

Prior to forming Etter Law Group, Mr. Etter was a principal in the Estate & Trust Services group at myCFO, Inc, (“myCFO”), a full-service wealth advisory firm with hundreds of clients with an average net worth of approximately $150 million. Mr. Etter was responsible for implementing simple and complex tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies and income tax planning strategies.

Prior to myCFO, Mr. Etter was a senior in the family wealth planning practice and investment advisory services of Arthur Andersen LLP (“Andersen”), Orange County. 

Mr. Etter concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, charitable organizations and family business advisory services.

Erika R. Pardun

Attorney at Law

Prior to joining Etter Law Group, Ms. Pardun was an attorney at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, the largest non-profit arts institution in Orange County.  Ms. Pardun was responsible for legal affairs associated with operating the institution.

Ms. Pardun has been an attorney at Etter Law Group since 2011.  She concentrates in the practice areas of estate and gift planning, tax planning, asset protection, business entity formation, and trust administration.

Ms. Pardun received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola of Los Angeles Law School where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, San Diego. 

Remington B. Lamons

Attorney at Law

Prior to joining the Etter Law Group, Mr. Lamons spent four years as an associate attorney in Latham & Watkins’ Orange County office.  In that role, Mr. Lamons assisted clients at all stages of securities and insurance litigation, from initial pleadings through trial. 

Mr. Lamons graduated in the top 15% of his class from the UC Davis School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Lamons served as a legal extern to the Honorable Troy L. Nunley.  He also served as a Senior Editor on the UC Davis Law Review.  Mr. Lamons has been published in multiple legal journals, including the Alabama Law Review and Jus Vini, the Journal of Wine and Spirits Law.  Mr. Lamons received his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA. 

Mr. Lamons concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, charitable organizations and family business advisory services.  

In his free time, you can find him at the beach surfing, or at home drinking tea and reading classic fiction (preferably just after surfing).
